When reaching out, please provide the following information to help me prepare:
- Device Type: (e.g., Electric fan, Lamp, Remote control)
- Brand/Model: (e.g., Dyson, Panasonic)
- Problem Description: What exactly is wrong? (e.g., “It won’t power on” or “Making a strange noise”)
Safety Notice: To ensure safety and quality, all on-site repairs are supervised by my parents. We focus on low-voltage appliances and only charge for basic component costs.
